Booking tickets

• Tickets can be booked via email and whatsapp.

• Proof of payment must be emailed or whatsapped within 6-8 hours from booking for any transaction to become accepted.

• Booking tickets are not transferrable and are valid only by the persons to whom the booking confirmation was issued and for the date and time shown thereon.

• It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that the correct information is shown on the ticket.

• Any excess monies paid will be used for admin fees and the balance will be forfeited.

• A booking is only secured once payment is received or a deposit is paid (When and were required)

• Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

• Sunflower M3 reserves the right to adjust pricing due to fuel increases or unforeseen costs.

Cancellation Policy

• A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 24-48 hours hours before departure date.

• A booking ticket can only be moved once, thereafter it cannot be moved and will be cancelled without a refund.

• Less than 24 hours cancellation /no-show no refund will be paid.

• A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for all Agent bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of booking transfer / Postponement will be re-quoted accordingly to postponement date.

• Sunflower M3 may cancel or reschedule services due to safety concerns, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases passengers will be offered: o An Alternative Date/Time, or o A full refund.

• Sunflower M3 is not liable for additional costs incurred due to cancellations (e.g., missed flights, accommodation, events)

• Sunflower M3 serves the right to cancel any service or times of travel without reason or without notice. Under no circumstances will any liability be accepted for losses incurred by pre-booked passengers.

Departure Times

• Passengers are required to be at the departure points 15 minutes before the time of departure shown on your booking confirmation.

• Any seat that is not filled within 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time of departure will be offered to a standby passenger on a first come, first served basis.

• If you are not on the bus at departure time, you will forfeit your money and booking.

Luggage

• Each fare-paying passenger is permitted to take (Free of charge) a 1 x 20Kg piece of luggage (80cmx60cmx30cm) and 1 x piece hand luggage.

• Hand luggage must fit onto your lap.

• Extra luggage is allowed at a fee only by prior arrangement. No bodyboards/surfboards/skateboards/bicycles are allowed

• Sunflower M3 reserves the right to refuse the carriage of luggage which does not comply with these conditions.

• Unaccompanied luggage will not be carried.

• Sunflower M3 is not responsible whatsoever for loss or damage to passenger’s luggage or personal effects.

• Sunflower M3 provides passenger liability insurance, in case of an accident caused by Sunflower M3, however insurance of passenger’s property or luggage is the passenger’s responsibility.

Smoking

• Is prohibited on/near all the busses (Tobacco / electronic devises/ vaping

Pets

• No animals will be allowed on the busses with exception of a trained guide dog accompanying a blind passenger or by confirmation by Sunflower M3 permission on request only. Unaccompanied Children

• No unaccompanied children under the age of 10 years will be carried.

Accidental Charge / Indemnity

• Any damages and breakages caused by a person making use of the services of Sunflower M3, whether to the inside of the vehicle or to the outside of the vehicle, will be held liable for the total amount of repairs for said damages.

• Cleaning or repair costs may be charged accordingly to clients in such an event.

• Sunflower M3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sunflower M3, its employees and contractors against any claims, damages, or loses arising from:

o Client negligence or misconduct

o Breach of these Terms & Conditions

o Actions of third parties associated with the Client.

General

• Sunflower M3 will make every effort to ensure you comfort and that our travellers will be on time.

• Sunflower M3 will make all efforts possible to keep to the published timetable, but services may be affected by road, weather or other conditions beyond our control. Sunflower M3 will therefore not accept liability for any costs incurred by passengers under such circumstances.

• Passenger/s to always wear seatbelts (as required by South African Laws)

• Treat the driver, vehicle and other passengers with respect

• Not engage in behaviour that endangers the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.

• Sunflower M3 makes every effort to ensure connections between its services where appropriated and accepts no liability for loss or damages caused by any failure to make these connections or those perceived to exist with other service providers.

• Passengers are not permitted to travel on the vehicles between depots or other parking areas or terminals

• Sunflower M3 insurance is only liable for passengers where Sunflower M3 was at fault.

• Sunflower M3 serves the right to refuse to undertake the conveyance of any passenger/s who does not comply with these T&C’s and serves the right to refuse any consumption of alcohol on its busses, or not to undertake the conveyance of any passenger/s that enters the vehicle whilst intoxicated.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Client information is collected and used in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (Data)(POPIA)

• Personal data will not be shared without consent, except where required by Law.

• By making a booking with Sunflower M³ Travel & Shuttle Service, clients acknowledge that photographs or videos taken during services may be used for marketing purposes, including social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the service.

Third-Party Services

• Sunflower M3 may arrange services (e.g., accommodation, tours, shuttle services) through third parties.

• Sunflower M3 is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers.

Amendments

• Sunflower M3 reserves the right to update the Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Updated terms will be published on the Company’s website and booking confirmations.
